It doesn't mean that; it means your current Windows installation will be 
backed up to a folder called windows.old. The new installation, however, 
will overwrite your programs, files and settings.

Woops,

I've just selected the OS drive, does this mean I'll not get narrator?

I'd no other partitions created on that drive.
