CAn't you go to your C or whatever drive it is on, then go to program files,
enter on webieand just delete all the files there. drive

I have managed to reinstall Webbie successfully by doing a custom install
so guess it really does not matter now that I cannot uninstall the other
version as it probably is not doing any harm in the Control Pannel
Add/Remove Programmes.
