[access-uk] WIN7 64 BIT WITH JAWS 13 AND NEW SAMSUNG LAPTOP

Hi, I'd be most grateful to hear from anyone else having the same or similar
issues:
1. JFW 13 latest, Outlook 2003 Professional. When editing a word doc or
Outlook message, Jaws tends to skip about, which is particularly annoying if
you're replying to a long thread.
2. Using laptop keyboard lay-out, the double press of the laptop key works
for a bit, then stops.
Have disabled the mouse pad, so it isn't that.
Have Intel HD graphics in the sys tray, and wondered if there was anything
there which might need changing?
Unfortunately the problems coincided with upgrading to the latest Jaws v13,
Windows 7 64 bit and a new Samsung laptop, so it's harder to attribute
causation.
Any help much appreciated.
