JackieThanks, I don't remember being prompted for a password for voice messages when I changed my tariff. I will have to pop into an O2 shop and hope they can help.

Hi PhilWhen I got the iPhone up and running, I first got an O2 request to set up aVoicemail password which I did. Then it let me through. Not sure what it was all about, but I went along with it. I've temporarily turned off Voicemail until I get used to answering calls.
