[access-uk] Vodafone 195 Free Directory Service

I am pleased to report back that this service was set up for me on Vodafone as
requested last Friday. I must admit I did not get around to checking it until
today. They did tell me that with the Bank Holiday etc that it could take
longer than the usual 24-36 hours so in reality I did not expect it to be up
and working until today. Not disappointed.
