you might have accidentally locked the laptop, type alt+ctrl+delete, and listen to what your screenreader tells you.

Hope this helps, good luck!

hi guys, I;m having this problem with an Acer laptop.

When you turn the system on. It goes to the log in screen. There are 3 different people to choose at the log in screen. You choose one of them, and press enter, the system seams to be going to the Vista premium desktop, but doesn't. It just sits with the Windows Vista logo screen. You cannot turn the system off either. The only way to shut it down is to remove the battery.

Anyone got any Idea what is happening here please?,

Billy
