Amro though I have Jaws 9.0 I use Dolphin Supernova. I was very
disappointed when I went to Sight Village on Tuesday to learn about Jaws 10
having just come out and I got my Jaws 9.0 in about June. If I had got it
in August apparently I would have got a free update. Never mind.

Eleanor, you're pressing the \ key rather than the shift key, that's all.
switch Jaws keyboard help on (insert 1) and find where the shift key on
your laptop keyboard is. press insert 1 again to turn Jaws keyboard help
off. I assume that You're a Jaws user...
HTH,
Amro

Hi would it be better for you to turn key echo on in your screen reader?
That way you will know whether you have pressed the\ or not.

Guys,
Do these come with one or do you have to purchase them seperately?
