[access-uk] Victor Reader Stream

Good Morning,

My husband has a second generation Stream which appears to be stuck, is there a way to reset? The message says connected to wifi please wait, and just keeps repeating please wait. Our wifi is fine as I am able to connect mine and also use my laptop. Any suggestions?
