If you haven't come across Talks, where have you been? (smile). It is a mini screen reader that allows you to use your phone as a sighted person would. The RNIB sell the C5 with Talks, but you might also like to try www.comproom.co.uk or www.creativeeyes.co.ukI hope that puts you in the right direction.
