[access-uk] Using N95 8GB as a modem

Hi. When I use my phone as a modem I get poor speeds and download times. This
happens even when there are 7 bars showing on the phone. I'm on Three so does
this mean that the signal quality is not the main factor in getting a decent
internet coverage? I Does this happen with T-Mobile or any other network? I
assumed that a good signal quality meant that I could get good internet
coverage.
