Hi John, I sent them an email earlier today so will see if they refund me or
not. I emailed them before asking them if they had any ideas about retrieving
my data off my memory card but they sent me a generic email back talking about
Windows and the recycle bin and how file names could be different. I did make
it clear in my original message that I was trying to retrieve data from a
memory card which I use in my phone.
Original message:
Hi Mohamed, just go to the website and contact support, or 'contact us' and
ask them if it would be possible to have a refund. Nothing gained, nothing
lost.
