Roger, if you're using Window-Eyes and your video card is Intel-based,
the speech parameters hot keys may not work. This is because some
Intel-based video cards use those keystrokes to rotate the screen. So
just exactly what screen reader are you using as well as what type of
video card is it? Thanks.
