Hi When I upgraded from leopard to snow leopard it cost me thirty quid but that included the upgrade to voice over so it cost me just the same as a sighted person to upgrade - I couldn't argue with that! When switching to apple you really need to get your head around the fact that accessibility is a given and this is at the heart of the apple philosophy - they are not paying lip service and they are not trying to make a fast profit out of you because you are blind.
