[access-uk] Updating Windows Media Player

Hi listers,

I've tried updating WM from the help menu, but get only rather odd error messages like "Windows Media Player configuration Manager setup is already running". I have tried this with both WM10 on my desktop, and with WM9 on the laptop, which I would have thought would update to WM10.
