Hi Peter,
Go to the message rules dialogue with alt plus t and then r and hit enter on
mail. The third tab control is blocked senders list. Arrow down to the
name you want to remove and then tab to the remove button and hit the space
bar. Confirm the removal and then hit okay and that's it.
