HI Barbara,
we've just purchased a LG model with a usb slot recently from Curry's , so I'm sure you should be able to find one.

Hi Ted

We're looking at either a Samsung or LG as it's going to be the main telly in the house and none we've looked at mention a USB port. I assume that's because they don't have rather than they just haven't listed it.

Just popped out to the local Spar and mad!

Barbara,
I've got my wife a new telly for Xmas, a Technica Pro from Tesco. It's still in its box at the moment, but I understand it has a built in DVD player with USB, so you might try Tesco. A bit of a nightmare today, she's just staggered back from our local store, sheer bedlam, she says!

Hi

Currently at home we have a separate TV and DVD. The DVD player has a USB port, so we can play movies on a USB pen which have been downloaded. We are searching around for a new telly and looking at the TV/DVD combi models. None of these appear to have a USB port, but several HDMI ports. Is there an adapter which can be purchased to allow you to plug a USB pen into an HDMI port? Or would there be another way around this to allow us to continue to play movies on the telly from the USB pen?

Thanks.

Barbara
