hi wendy, try doing a search for them and remove any folders that you find. also you could look for them in the windows and all programmes folders.

AnthonyIt doesn't seem to work like that. As I said, these programs do not appearon the list of programs in add or remove programs in control panel. Therefore, I can't remove them. When I enter on them in start menu, Snapfish opens in internet explorer, and Windows Movie Maker opens in its own window with a message asking if I want to increase the resolution. Therefore, it seems that these programs are on my computer, and I can't getrid of them. Before I ran the program I went through add/remove programs in control panelto see if there was anything I wanted to get rid of. A couple of programswhich did not appear on that list are nevertheless on the all programs list in my start menu. They are Snapfish for your photos and Windows Movie Maker. I will never be using these, as I am totally blind. From within the start menu it does not appear possible to delete an item, as pressing the applications key produces no result, and pressing alt just takes you out of the start menu altogether. Is there any way of removing these programs? Any ideas would be appreciated.
