Worth noting that MS Config removes nothing, it merely stops it loading.

hi, not sure if this has been suggested as yet, but go to msconfig and then 
to the start up tab and see if it's hiding in there. uncheck it if it is and

restart the pc. to get to msconfig, type msconfig.exe into the run dialogue.
