[access-uk] Turning the screen off on a Vaio laptop?

Hi all,
Does anyone please know what the keystroke to turn off the screen on the Vaio
laptops is? I've a T1XP Vaio. I'm flying tomorrow and would like to maximise
the laptop's battery life... so would very much appreciate a speedy reply!
Sorry for not doing my home work by referring to the manual but it's a last
minute job :)
