[access-uk] Re: Trouble with Vodafone

I've just checked the credit on my mobile with Vodafone by dialling 2345 and all is fine.

Subject: [access-uk] Trouble with Vodafone

Hello listers,

I am posting on behalf of a friend who is having trouble connecting to Vodafone's customer services and obtaining a credit balance using her Owasys 22C. She dials the number and hears two rings and Owasys says call finished before the balance is announced. She has the same trouble when dialling from a landline phone when she enters the mobile number for the balance. She has spoken to Vodafone who advised her to manually select the network, which is impossible with the Owasys. She can call and text other numbers normally. She lives in London SW19. Is anyone on the list having the same problem?

Best wishes,

Clive Pallett
