no I am using something called Natino.  I have that option on my Toshiba 
laptop, but I cannot find it on this thing.

Hi Ali. This option is already on your laptop's utilities. It might be in
your system tray. Or you might have to turn it off through startup manager.
Are you using a toshiba by any chance?
