[access-uk] Re: Top Posting to this list

As demonstrated here, I prefer to state my replies at the top of each
reply. This was the way I was actually taught to use e-mail, so I stick
to what I was told. Not keen on dispersing replies into the middle of an
original message, in my view. Hope that helps.
