[access-uk] Tnauk and it's mp3 service

Hi 

I want to change my tnauk subscription to it's mp3 service,
I have been told that there are several ways to get my mp3
files, what mp3 or podcatcher is accessible and compatible
with windows 7 home premium and 64 bit windows? I would also
use it on xp home. I use wbbie and speakon. I think speakon
can catch mp3 files. Not sure.
