It is possible to downgrade from Jaws Pro to Jaws Standard. Whilst there are
no refunds on the license that has been purchased, the upgrade and SMA costs
going forwards are lower with Standard.

Interesting one Jackie. I had to have Jaws Pro (not Standard) because I had
Windows XP Pro, at least that was what I was told. I therefore had mine
upgraded from Standard to Pro. Why do FS not allow a downgrade? Seems
strange to me!
