Andy.
Navigate through the menus with the round click button and when you reach 
the menu item you want to change presss the round button in. Follow the same 
principles to alter settings pertaining to the menu item you have entered.
regarding the aerial, digital signals are received in much the same way to 
analogue signals so the Arial is a crucial component of receiving quality 
digital signals.
