Andy, When you have pressed that button you are taken in to a menue and use 
the knob that you would normally turn to select radio stations to scroll 
through the various menue options. You press the knob in to select the 
submenue that you want.

The clock is set by default taking its time automatically so you don't need 
to change that.

Digital radios also have arials.
