Hi Ibrahim, I have on the 3GS. If you have an iPhone 3GS, forget it. The camera has no flash, so you are reliant on good light. If you have the iPhone 4 however, it should work a lot better, though I haven't tried it on the 4. It is not however, as good as the Colorino in my view. Talking of color detectors, have you ever tried using the color identifier program you can get for the IPhone? A really interesting article was written about this program by a blind man who describes how his IPhone has changed his world, so I wonder if you've given it a go if indeed you have an IPhone. All the best, Ibrahim. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jackie Cairns" <jackie.cairnsplace@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, October 10, 2010 12:55 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: The Colorino colour detector > Hi Andy > > Not sure why it's playing up, but I still consider the Caretec range of > colour identifiers the best, and my Colorino goes everywhere with me. > > > Kind Regards, > > Jackie Cairns > J&M Work-Ability > > jandm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > www.work-ability.co.uk > -----Original Message----- > From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf > Of > ANDY COLLINS > Sent: 09 October 2010 20:44 > To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [access-uk] The Colorino colour detector > > Mine seems to have died, not sure if it has a reset button, but nothing > obvious, the problem seems to be with the battery compartment, sometimes > it > will work, then it'll just crash and go quiet!
