They say the access site doesn't work but without people like us putting
pressure on they'll do nothing about it.
This is apparently who to complain to but he is apparently away for 2 weeks,
so he obviously isn't losing any sleep over it.

Agreed Scott but then at least Tesco are acknowledging a problem which
surely is part way towards trying to rectify it. Worse when people won't
even acknowledge a problem.
