Hi all -

I've just done my first shop using the .com site, and I was very pleased
with it's accessibility and the added information, as well as the extra
range of goods. I wasn't ready to choose a delivery date however, and so
logged in again later, only to be told that my basket was empty - as others
have found, I went to the Access site, and my basket was there complete with
all the items I had put in it from the .com site. This isn't a problem, but
I am wondering why this should have happened from the .com site in the first
place.

Andy
