Also, do you know whether there are any mooves afoot to improve the access
site, e.g. you can't use e-vouchers on it, choose whether you have
replacements, it can't store your credit card details and it doesn't tell
you when you place an order if particular items are out of stock. All this
information is available on the main site and it's really annoying and I
feel quite discriminatory.

And just as importantly, it doesn't have each item as a link, allowing you
to read the ingredients. Sure you can leave a note for the in store picker,
but whether they read it is another matter entirely.  It's not quite so bad
for me as I don't have any alergies, but I hate things like cheese.  I can't
tell sometimes whether something will have cheese in or not.  i'd much
rather be able to read the stuff and be in control of what I'm getting.
