I think you have to actually go do something to elect to be a limited user.
Even XP Pro unless you have it set up for a network your first named account
has admin level priviledges.

Hi Douglas,
In all honesty, I can't remember if XP Home
actually insists on an administrator account as it
does with XP Professional.  I may be able to
confirm later this week when I set up a new system
for someone.

I'll try to remember to get back on this one
later.
