I think the thing is that sighted people don't really understand how JAWS Tandem works, as they haven't seen it compared to Log Me In. This is why a friend of mine thought they were similar to each other but I doubt it.

I think the answer is quite simple too, JAWS Tandem is easy to setup and
accessible, LogMeIn is not to my knowledge. If you've got it working,
please do share your experiences with LogMeIn.
