Hello peter,
You need to copy the UK Eloquence file to your phone. Depending on what
connections you have, this can be done via Bluetooth or USB, either using
Nokia PC Suite or by direct transfer from your computer to your phone via
the USB cable. The installation must be done on the phone. As you have the
american Eloquence already installed, all prompts will be spoken. After
installation, follow the instructions in my last message to switch to the UK
Eloquence. Hope this helps.
