What's wrong with FM anyway? For the rest, I'll stick to the Internet thanks. 
These hardware radios seem to be very poor value.

  The radio is from article evidently a modified Roberts RD8 available from 
anywhere but with yellow knobs stuck all over it against darker caswork for an 
extra 20 quid over the usual asking price.  Most significantly it doesn't speak 
it's display.  I'm curious as to the name "duet", it's only got the one 
speaker, what has it got to of?
