Hi,

Just popping intot he thread here.  For those of you who have iPhones try 
VizWiz to take a pic of your boxes and see if they can read the code if no 
sighted help is readily available.

Suppose you have to contact manufacturersand hope they'll give you the code 
without having to make 20 phonecalls and get lost in systems 19 times!
