cobolt master 10 digit calculator which sels   for approximately £12
I have found it effective although truth to tell I have never found any
battery compartment.
Must ask cobolt some time.
It even has a clock on board  and is in a pocket sized closed case when not
in use.

No need for any fancy functions but needs to be small and battery operated
for portability.  Suppliers details appreciated.
