[access-uk] Re: TALX and continuous reading

Hi Sunil,

OK, this is a different problem. Yes, I have seen this problem with Talks
stopping on links, and I have reported it, so hopefully, it should get fixed
soon.

Hi again Steve, the TALX+dwn arrow works fine in a .txt document. It
doesn't work on a webpage where there are links, TALX seems to stop talking
when it sees a link. I was having problems with a Wikipedia page which is
full of links. Is there any way of telling TALX not to stop reading when it
sees a link?

Hi Sunil,

This is simple, and I am surprised you didn't know it <Smile>.

You just press Talks down arrow, and continuous reading will begin from the
cursor position.

Hi, is it possible to make TALX read continuously without having to cursor
down after each line of text has been read? I'm really tempted to buy a
Bluetooth keyboard to make emailing and surfing quicker but I'm just
wondering if I'll still have to arrow through webpages line by line.cheers
