Hi
This happened to me about a month ago.

I rang up Steve, who was very happy to provide me with another serial number, providing that I forwarded him confirmation that it was a replacement phone, and not an upgrade.

This was free.

regards

Terry

Was just wondering if anyone had forked out for TALKS for a handset
which subsequently developed a fault and had to be exchanged? Given that
the same version of TALKS can't be installed on another identical model,
did you have to pay for another unlock code for the new phone? And if
not, how easy was it to get another unlock code for free - did you have
to provide some kind of proof to the TALKS people to show that you
weren't just trying to wangle a free version of TALKS?...
