The only thing which is pre-loaded on the Stone is a selection of demo music.  
You really can use the player right out of the box without the need of any 
additional software.  Your PC simply sees it as a drive just like any other 
piece of portable memory.  As long as you have material in MP3 format you can 
copy it to the Stone.  If you want the optional repeat optional Creative 
software, as people have pointed out, Brian has put it on his website along 
with his scripts to enable its use with Jaws.

  well, believe it or not, surprise, surprise, wondering, it comes with the
  zen stone.  I suspect you can also download it from creative.europe.com but
  without the zenstone it won't be a lot of use.
