[access-uk] Re: Subscription Address

Douglas,

Give it a couple of months and, when you think of it, perhaps you'd let us know how you are finding YAHOO since changing to Gmail.

Cheers and thanks.

Tony, I was plagued for several years by this Yahoo bouncing problem
and solved it by using a free yahoo.co.uk address for subscribing to
Yahoo lists. It worked, but the drawback was an unusually large
amount of spam plus the fact that I tended to forget to use the
correct account when posting to the list. I have recently switched
to my Gmail account but it is too soon to tell whether I get bouncing
again.

Hi Carol

I was led to believe that bouncing could be stopped by changing to Yahoo
by someone who lives in the U.S. Don't know what it is like in the U.k.
I suppose I can put up with it really. It is just that I get a bit
frustrated when it is happening at least once a week. I will see how it
goes in the future.

If there is anybody in U.K. who has experience of Yahoogroups running with
Yahoo as an ISP I would be interested to hear from them.
