Do you have, or perhaps have installed a demo of "Business Contact
Manager"?
Have checked for Office 2003 Updates?
You could also look at the two following Knowledge Base articles.

Subject: [access-uk] Strange message whenever I start an Office
application
Hi,
I have MS Office 2003 on Windows Vista. Since I installed it I always
get this message every time I start an Office program:
BCM Office Addin
Office application version does not match.
OK
Then the license agreement comes up and I have to accept it.
Does anyone know what this is about/why I get these messages?
Catherine
