Barry,
I noticed this when I went to download the latest version some time 
ago.  I think that the servers have limited capacity and are overloaded.  
There is also often a long delay before updates start to download.  
I suggest that you Try again in the early morning. 
There is a link on the JFWlite site. It may simply take you to the same 
server, but perhaps worth a try.
