[access-uk] Spy Ware Problems - Solution?

Using Spybit   scans I have been coming across some regular third party
spy ware on my computer including Avenue A Inc, Advertising.com and
doubleclick.com.  

 

Through experimenting I am convinced that one of the prime offenders of
these third party tracking cookies is Tesco (double-click and
advertising.com).  Anyway, I managed to find a site which has some
helpful advice on using the IE6 advanced privacy feature to block third
party cookies.

I have applied this with success - so far!
