Hi Barry,
The other options that I'm aware of are Mobile Speak, Mobile Speak Smartphone,
Mobile Speak Pocket and Mobile Accessibility. These four applications are
developed by a Spanish company called CodeFactory and their website is
http://www.codefactory.es/index2.htm
Mind you though, Mobile Accessibility (the fourth product) isn't a mobile
screen reader, but rather an accessible user interface for mobile phones. As
well, Mobile Speak Pocket is a screen reader for Pocket PC's or referred to as
PDA's. Some of these PDA's has mobile phone built into them e.g. some of IMate
products or the O2 XDA line of mobile phones. The CodeFactory website has quite
a few pages and articles on each of their products, about mobile phones and
their different categories if you like.
