Hi all -
I've change the settings because I noticed that when set to 190 KBS, the
converted files came out as round about 155 variable bit rate, in joint
stereo format.
The original files were 192 KBS stereo. I just need to check if I've missed
something, or is joint stereo the only option, and is variable bit rate
usually lower than a fixed bit rate? -
