[access-uk] Something worth knoging re phone calls

Hi,
It is now possible to register for the BT Privacy at home service which
gives you the following:
* Free caller ID (yes really!)
* Option of saying you don't want BT to call you
* Registration into the TPS (even if you are already registered).
To sign up, just ring 08001218000 and follow the prompts.
