I can't use another screenreader at work, I'm afraid. JAWS is integrated
into our system and fully complied.

Hi, have you tried accessing the sites with other screen readers? I'm
not saying JAWS is the culprit here, but we can know for sure if the
sites jump with other screen readers, rather than the site is jumpy
because of JAWS.
