HI.

I also hate the way freedom scientific seem to be too hasty to release their
versions of jaws. they are too wedded to their schedules these days, "we
must release at all cots!" that same mentality got the astronauts killed on
the challenger space shuttle in 1986. I know the analogy between freedom
scientific releasing jaws without much bug testing and NASA's screw ups is a
harsh one, but it's to get my point across.
there is no need to release so many versions of jaws! I blame the rush
release for the problems I'm having with nine at the moment. for these
issues have always been fixed in later updates to a version. I couldn't use
first versions of eight. then they released 8.0.217 and I could use it on my
pc. before eight wouldn't speak at all on instillation. now I have problems
with nine. I hate the release schedule fs adopt. thanks.

Nothing as yet, as I use J-SAY and Dragon Naturally Speaking and have to
wait for those two to be updated before I can update to JAWS 9. In the past
any new version of JAWS has had to have another update soon after to fix
what they missed!

Dave

Dave, please tell me, what don't you like about JAWS 9?
