There was some discussion about this in the past and the solution was through changing the Jaws script files to force Jaws to use a particular soundcard. Unfortunately I don't have the instructions on how to do this but perhaps your Jaws dealer will be able to help. Just thought I'd throw this idea in as no definite answer has been posted. So I disconnected and reconnected the PC speakers but still on restart JAWS is coming through the Doro phone. Once I go to Control Panel, Sounds, Audio Devices and hit Okay, JAWS reverts to the PC speakers. It's a bit of a nuisance having to do this every time and I can't work out why this happens. All help much appreciated.
