Hi Peter, You can change this behaviour in the Window-Eyes skype script. Go to the file menu in Window-Eyes, go to the script manager, select Skype, hit Help and Options, and you can enable the Skype name and user name, or just the one. Make sure your Skype script is up to date, V2.71 I believe. If you do not wish to take this learning curve, don't use it until Skype fixes some accessibility issues that are currently present in the newest version. However, both Gary and myself use Skype 4.0, and I know others do as well, and actually they love it! -- Chris Hallsworth e-mail: christopherh40@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx MSN: ch9675@xxxxxxxxxxx Skype: chrishallsworth7266----- Original Message ----- From: "Eleanor Burke" <eleanorburke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2009 2:35 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Skype Thank you. There is a note to thiseffect on the Skype website. I would think this would also apply to users of access technologies other than JAWS.
